Muhammad Fawad Noori is a highly respected international fashion professional, recognized for his extensive work in fashion design, styling, choreography, and sustainable fashion practices. Born in Saudi Arabia to a Pakistani family with a strong aviation background, Fawad took a different path, pursuing his passion for the arts and fashion. A graduate of the Pakistan Institute of Fashion Design, he further honed his skills with an LTI qualification from the Textile Institute Manchester, UK, and an MPhil in Management Sciences.
Fawad’s career spans over two decades, and he is regarded as a pioneer in sustainable fashion, having completed specialized courses in collaboration with London College of Fashion and the KERING Group. He is a key figure in Pakistan’s fashion scene and has garnered international recognition for his work in promoting eco-friendly practices in the luxury fashion world.
He has received several prestigious awards, including the Bronze Medal from the Society of Dyers and Colourists (UK) and the Best Sustainable Designer Award in 2022. In 2023, Fawad was honored with the Commonwealth Business Excellence Award in Singapore. His commitment to sustainability and creative thinking has earned him roles in prominent organizations, such as Co-founder and Head of Fashion at GEM Global Team and Director of Sustainability & Internationalization at S’ Couture Brand, under the Superior University in Lahore.
Currently serving as Director of Sustainability and a member of the Advisory Board at the World Fashion Council, Fawad continues to influence the global fashion industry. He also holds roles as Creative Design Head for Global Sustainable Fashion Week in Hungary and Vice Chair of the International Fashion & Arts Network (IFAN) in South Korea and China. His involvement in educational institutions, such as SOAAD Superior University in Pakistan and the AND Academy of Art & Design in Sri Lanka, further highlights his dedication to nurturing the next generation of fashion professionals.
In addition to his industry roles, Fawad has been featured in international fashion publications, with his work in fashion illustration showcased in renowned books.
